Todd Hosfelt combines approximately 200 drawings in an installation designed to reveal thematic and conceptual relationships across time and place. In drawings spanning the globe as well as the 16th to 21st centuries, from European Old Masters to geometric abstraction, from photorealism to drawings made with thread, made by fly larvae, and one drawn both withand on graphite, this is an exploration of the intimacy, immediacy, and pleasure of drawing.
