Since 1998, the German Rectors' Conference (HRK) and the Association of Rectors of Ukrainian Universities (VRUH) have had a framework agreement in the area of recognition of academic qualifications and admission modalities, which the Münster Art Academy joined in June 2022. The accession represents a component of the possible admission of refugee students from Ukraine and simplifies the exchange without the requirement of separate lengthy partnership agreements with Ukrainian universities. The framework agreement, as last amended Dec. 15, 2014, can be found here (in German).
